To access MWSS Google Classrooms, participating districts need to add our domain (mw.k12.ny.us and stu.mw.k12.ny.us) to their whitelist for Google Classroom (in the google admin console). Participating districts should also provide us with their school domains so we can add them on the MW trusted domain.
BUILDING ACCESS FOR SUMMER SCHOOL STUDENTS:
7:20 a.m. – 1:10 p.m.
Students should enter and exit using the main entrance to the building.
Students found in unauthorized areas of the building are subject to disciplinary action.
ATTENDANCE/TARDINESS:
The following attendance policies and rules apply to all students enrolled in the Summer School Program:
Students are expected to be in the classroom when the period begins.
Any tardiness in excess of fifteen (15) minutes will be considered as one (1) absence.
Two (2) tardies of less than 15 minutes will be counted as one (1) absence.
Students who have more than four (4) legal absences from a class will be dropped from that class and will not be entitled to a refund or a grade. Parents will be notified.
A note from a parent/guardian is required for each tardiness, absence or early dismissal. Any out-of-district student who is providing their own transportation, must have a note from a parent/guardian and contact their district’s transportation department (if it is provided) in advance.
Every effort will be made to notify parent/guardian after each absence or tardiness.
The home school will be notified of dismissals, if possible.
Any illegal absence (even one) will be grounds for immediate dismissal from that class.
Students with classes periods 1 & 3 must report to their scheduled period 2 location.

The school assumes no responsibility for items lost, misplaced, or stolen.
