One of our favorite events of the year is just around the corner! The Chipinque Middle School Book Fair will take place March 4–8 in the school library, and we are excited to invite all students and families to participate.
The Book Fair is more than just a chance to buy books—it’s a celebration of reading, curiosity, and learning. This year’s fair will feature a wide variety of titles for all reading levels and interests, including popular middle grade novels, graphic novels, nonfiction, bilingual books, and inspiring titles for young adults. We’ll also have journals, bookmarks, posters, and other fun reading-related items.
Book Fair Schedule
During the school day: Students will visit the fair with their English classes.
After school hours for families:
Tuesday–Thursday: 3:30–6:00 p.m.
Family Reading Night:
Thursday, March 6, from 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Join us for a special evening with reading activities, student recommendations, and light refreshments.
How to Pay
We will accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online e-wallets. Setting up an e-wallet is a great way for students to shop independently while staying within a budget. Information on how to create an e-wallet will be sent home and posted on the school website.
Why the Book Fair Matters
Proceeds from the Book Fair directly support the Chipinque Middle School Library. Funds raised help us purchase new books, update classroom collections, and sponsor literacy activities throughout the year. Every purchase makes a difference!
How Parents Can Get Involved
Visit the fair with your child and talk about book choices.
Volunteer to help during the fair (no experience needed!).
Encourage reading at home by setting aside time to explore new books together.
If you have any questions or would like to volunteer, please contact the library through the school office or email the librarian. We can’t wait to see our students excited about books and reading!
Thank you for supporting literacy at Chipinque Middle School—we look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair! 📚✨
